We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our secondary school in Harrogate. This part-time position (3 days per week) starts ASAP and offers the chance to work with motivated students in an environment that values innovation and academic excellence.

Location: Harrogate
Contract: Part time role ( 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)
Pay Rate: £150 - £223 per day (UPS rates will be considered)
Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum for Maths.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering high-quality KS3 with some KS4 lessons.
- Differentiating instruction to cater to the needs of all learners.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on the progress of students.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Supporting students to develop problem-solving and analytically skills.
- Preparing students for exams, including providing targeted intervention sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Maths department to develop resources and strategies.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational developments in Maths.
- Contributing to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities or pastoral duties.
