About the Role
As a PE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping student's physical education experience. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and structured lessons that inspire students to participate, improve, and enjoy physical activity. You will also be involved in extracurricular sports clubs and competitions, helping students develop skills beyond the classroom.

Pay Rate: £150 - £223 per day (UPS rates will be considered)
Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for PE.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach a range of sports, including team games, individual activities, and fitness training.
- Develop student's understanding of health, well-being, and the importance of physical activity.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of all abilities.
- Manage and organise PE equipment, ensuring safety and proper use.
- Lead and support extracurricular sports clubs and training sessions.
- Coordinate and oversee school sports fixtures, competitions, and events.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and resilience through sports activities.
- Organise and supervise off-site sporting events, such as tournaments and competitions.
- Actively contribute to whole-school initiatives promoting physical well-being.
