We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science, who specialises in Chemistry, to join our team. This role involves teaching Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 Chemistry, ensuring students achieve their academic potential while developing a love for the subject. The position is available on a part-time (0.8) or full-time basis, starting 27th January 2025 and running until 4th April 2025.

Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons tailored to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods to captivate student interest.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum.
- Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
- Support extracurricular activities related to Science.
- Uphold and contribute to the school's ethos and policies.
