The school is looking for a Teacher of Science to join from 22nd April until the Summer with the potential for extension. This is a role for an enthusiastic Teacher of Science to engage and inspire students across KS3 and KS4. What do we require?
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Science curriculum.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Your main duties include:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess student work to ensure progress and attainment.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop student's practical skills through interactive experiments and demonstrations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum.
- Support students in preparing for GCSE exams with targeted interventions.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Encourage students to participate in extra-curricular science clubs and activities.
