We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join our team in Bradford. This full-time role is perfect for a qualified teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of students by delivering engaging and effective language lessons.
Requirements:
- QTS/PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages with a specialism in Spanish.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Proven experience teaching Spanish in a secondary setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Passion for the Spanish language and the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum and promote the subject across the school.
- Maintain an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and parent evenings as required.
