The school in Leeds is seeking an exceptional Teacher of Spanish (MFL) to join the thriving and innovative MFL department. - Pay Rate: £31650 - £49084 per annum
Essential Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for MFL.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students of all abilities
- Use varied and effective teaching strategies to engage and challenge learners
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Prepare students for external examinations (GCSE Spanish)
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing meaningful feedback
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the MFL department
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attainment
- Promote a love of languages and cultural awareness across the school
- Attend departmental, staff and CPD meetings
- Participate in school events, trips and extracurricular language activities
