Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 3 students with SEMH and additional behaviour needs. You will work with students across a range of subjects, providing personalised support that meets their academic and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all subject areas, ensuring students are engaged and supported.
- Help students with ASD and sensory processing challenges manage their emotions and behaviours.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver personalised learning plans.
- Provide a structured, nurturing environment that fosters growth.
- Support students in developing key social and emotional skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with SEMH, ASD, and sensory needs in a school setting.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
