We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Bradford for a full time role. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with both teachers and students to support learning and ensure that every student has the resources and guidance they need to succeed.

Location: Bradford
Contract: Full time role
Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per day
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience working with children.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
- Support students with their individual learning plans (ILPs).
- Help with the management of classroom behaviour.
- Observe and report on student progress to the teaching team.
- Provide pastoral support to students, promoting their well-being and mental health.
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of teaching resources.
- Supervise students during break times and lunch hours.
- Encourage active student participation in classroom activities.
- Work with small groups of students on specific tasks or interventions.
