About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of the students. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities and interventions.
- Supporting students with their personal care and well-being.
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to teachers and other professionals.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About You:

- Have experience working with children with SEN (desirable).
- Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) (desirable).
