The Role:
As an SEN TA in this Ofsted outstanding School, you will:
- Support in the delivery of engaging, tailored lessons based on individual learning needs and abilities
- Work closely with therapists, parents, and support staff to create a holistic learning plan
- Promote confidence, independence, and resilience in pupils through structured learning
