In order to help students who require extra assistance, Randstad Education is collaborating with a school in Bristol that is seeking an experienced teaching assistant for the remainder of the academic year; this position will begin ASAP.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs).
- Encouraging social and emotional development among pupils.
- Assisting with classroom setup, lesson planning, and behaviour management.
Requirements:
- A relevant teaching assistant qualification (Level 1, 2, or 3 preferred).
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 2 professional references are required.
