Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their educational, personal, and social needs.
- Assist with classroom activities, materials, and equipment.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion for all students.
- Help with student progress records and education, health & care plans.
Requirements:
- Understanding of young people's needs in an educational setting.
- Previous experience working with young people (paid or voluntary).
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- NVQ Level 2 or Supporting Teaching and Learning Level 2.
- First aid training or willingness to train.
- Experience in an educational setting.
- Enhanced DBS check required or willing to apply for a new one.
- Must provide 2 professional references.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
