Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent (Grade C or above).
- Education: A robust educational background across various subjects.
- Skills: Excellent numeracy and literacy skills (equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant learning programs.
- Policy Knowledge: Understanding of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation.
