The Opportunity:
We're looking for an interactive Teaching Assistant to join this team. This is a full-time, term-time-only, permanent position. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome learning challenges and realise their full potential in every lesson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support learning and teaching across the curriculum, from primary to secondary school.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes.
- Provide personalised learning support within our student-centred philosophy.
- Motivate and guide students in developing their attributes, skills, and knowledge.
- Build positive and responsive relationships with students, addressing their unique needs.
- Continuously monitor and assess student progress through various evaluation methods.
- Offer objective and informative feedback and reports on student achievement.
- Contribute to our broader educational vision and ethos.
You Will:
- Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role, or possess relevant life experience and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students aged 7+.
- Acquire knowledge or demonstrate a willingness to learn about the National curriculum and additional support needs.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Uphold the highest standards of personal integrity and professionalism.
