Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Croydon
Pay Rate: £90-95 per day
Job Type: Full time Long term
Start Date: Immediate
As a teaching assistant, you will support teachers in various tasks, including helping with lesson delivery, working with small groups or individual students, managing classroom behaviour, and sometimes providing administrative support and play a significant role in child's development and progress.

Desired skills and qualities:
- Previous experience as TA in the UK school.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Strong communication skills and behaviour management
- Ability to interact and engage with children
Key Responsibilities as TA:
- Foster and maintain positive classroom environment
- Assist with setting up activities, distributing resources, and organising classroom materials.
- Work one to one with children or in small groups and help them overcome difficulties.
- Monitor children's attendance, progress and prepare reports
- Communicate with teachers and parents regarding the child's performance and development.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
