Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of this team, helping to support both the educational and emotional needs of the students. They're looking for someone who brings positivity, dedication, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and delivering customised educational programs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Manage classroom behaviour and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address each student's unique needs.
- Encourage students in their personal and social growth.
What They're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with severe autism is a plus.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience.
