Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
- Assist the class teacher with preparing materials and learning activities
- Develop strong connections with staff, students, and families
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the classroom daily
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning
- Experience working with children
- Experience with SEN children (Preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Confidence and motivation to guide individuals and small groups in their learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
