Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, personalised lessons.
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Help create a vibrant and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Work closely with staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Supervise students during breaks and assist with extracurricular activities.
What They're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- Previous experience in educational or similar settings is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are an advantage.
