About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Horley. This full-time role(8:30 am - 3:30pm) involves supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, collaborating closely with teachers to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Support students individually or in small groups
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Monitor and report on student progress
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children
- Experience in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
