About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant you will aid students with Epilepsy, Autism, and other severe learning difficulties, including sensory, physical, and medical needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students in accessing learning through tailored, personalised methods, both in individual and group settings.
- Contributing to student records and reports alongside Teachers and specialist staff.
- Participating in classroom, curriculum, staff, and other relevant meetings.
- Providing essential administrative support to ensure the College runs smoothly.
- Upholding high standards of hygiene and welfare for students in the classroom.
- Collaborating with senior staff or designated safeguarding leads as needed.

- Passionate about working with and supporting young people.
- An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and challenging situations.
- Experienced in teamwork and capable of working independently.
- Organised with excellent time management skills.
