• Support and Encourage: Establish a warm and caring relationship with students, promoting their independence and personal development.
• Inspire Learning: Contribute to providing high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities and experiences across a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Champion Student Well-being: Ensure a high standard of personal care, carefully monitoring the health and wellbeing of the pupils and passing on information to relevant colleagues and other professionals with both concerns and positive changes.
