About the Role

- Salary: £18,834 - £20,074 per annum

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom resources
- Assist in delivering lessons and supporting differentiated learning
- Provide one-to-one and small group intervention for students
- Supervise students in lessons, break times, and educational visits
- Support students with specific learning needs, EHCPs, or behavioural challenges
- Observe and record pupil progress, reporting to teachers as required
- Provide feedback to pupils in line with school policy
- Assist with marking and simple assessments under teacher guidance
- Collaborate with SENCOs and external professionals
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
