Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant includes:
- Support classroom activities and enhance student learning.
- Assist the teacher in preparing instructional materials and resources.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Facilitate small group activities and promote student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and organisation.
- Encourage student participation and foster a supportive atmosphere.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.
