This is a small, caring, independent special school for pupils aged 6 to 16, dedicated to providing a high-quality, therapeutic, and child-centred education for young people with a range of needs, including:
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

- ADHD

About the Role:
- You will be an integral part of this team, supporting teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons for the students. This includes assisting with lesson planning, preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and providing support during lessons. You will also be involved in assessing student progress and providing feedback.
- You will work closely with individual students and small groups, providing tailored support and encouragement. This may involve helping students with their learning, providing extra help with specific subjects, and supporting students with their social and emotional development.
- Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering learning activities, marking student work, and contributing to the overall development of their learning environment. You may also be involved in leading small group activities, providing interventions, and working with students who have special educational needs.
they are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised qualification as a Teaching Assistant or has equivalent experience. (Minimum 6 Months)
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Is highly motivated and committed to student success, with a genuine passion for education.
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Is able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and sharing ideas.
