Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance learning.
- Act as a positive role model for students and colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom setup.
- Support students across the curriculum, including those with additional needs.
- Help mark assignments and monitor student progress.
- Supervise students during school trips and activities.
- Provide care for children who are unwell and attend staff meetings as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young people in a classroom setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Confidence in handling challenging behaviour.
- Ability to engage and motivate children effectively.
- TA Qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 required).
