Location: Campus East Office, Welwyn Hatfield
Temporary (12 weeks- might be extended)
Your Role
As a Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our team runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Operations: Provide essential administrative and technical assistance to the Planned Works Delivery Team
Managing Building Services: Oversee administration related to building safety, repairs, voids, and planned works
Handling Data and Reports: Use IT systems to manage records, analyze data, and generate reports
Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
Driving Process Improvements: Help implement new initiatives to enhance efficiency
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in administration and technical support within a similar field
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
IT proficiency, confident using databases and reporting tools
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: £15.45 - £17.08 per hour
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays plus privilege day (pro-rata)
