We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Coordinator to join our Planned Works Delivery Team for a 12-week temporary assignment based at our Campus East office.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Lead and Support: Provide essential administrative and technical support, ensuring the smooth running of the Planned Works Delivery Team and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate Building Services: Assist with the administration of building safety, repairs, voids, planned works, and customer care, contributing to the efficient delivery of vital services.
- Manage Information Effectively: Utilize databases and records, analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making and service improvement.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with internal and external customers at all levels, providing outstanding service and effectively resolving any issues or concerns.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience providing administrative and technical support in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze data from various sources.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize effectively.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software.
What We Offer:
* Competitive Hourly Rate: £15.45 - £17.08 (equivalent to £29,802 - £32,956 per annum)
* Generous Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays + Privilege day (pro-rata)
