If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Team Manager to join Bradford Trust's East C & F Team 1. This is a full-time role offering up to £40 per hour.
Here's the Role:
- Leading and managing the East Children & Families Team 1, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality social work services in line with statutory requirements and best practice.
- Providing day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to social workers and practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the management of complex cases, ensuring that assessments, care plans, and interventions are child-centered, outcome-focused, and meet the needs of children and families.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the team and the wider service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Ensuring that the team works collaboratively with other agencies, including health, education, and the voluntary sector, to deliver coordinated services that meet the needs of children and families.
- Promoting a culture of safeguarding and ensuring that the team follows appropriate safeguarding procedures and statutory guidelines.
- Managing team performance and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including casework reviews, assessments, and interventions.
- Providing regular reports to senior managers, highlighting key risks, achievements, and challenges in service delivery.
- Managing the team's resources, including staffing, budget, and case allocation, to ensure that the team can respond effectively to demand and priorities.
- Supporting the professional development of team members, identifying training needs, and facilitating learning opportunities.

Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social Work
