We're currently working on a fantastic Locum Team Manager opportunity for an Early Help Team based in the Liverpool area. The contract will be 6 months with the potential of an extension. It's an exciting time to join the service as the local authority further develops their early help and prevention work within the locality. The local authority is looking for a passionate and committed person with relevant experience to join them and to contribute to the leadership of child and family centred practice.

Responsibilities:
- You will have oversight of supporting families key workers, ensuring consistent evidence based practice and effective quality assurance of the Early Help provision.
- Partnership working is central to the service and this role and you would have the opportunity to be involved in forums developing new ways of working, as well as those committed to supporting families inclusively and through integration across the multi-agency partnership.
- Ensure the service provided is effective and delivers positive outcomes.
- Support the development of the service and the professional development of the staff within the service.
To be considered for the Team Manager role you will have:
- BSc Social Work or equivalent
- Social Work England Registration
- Experience of working within similar team manager/advanced practitioner post
- Knowledge of working in Early Help would be highly desirable
