We're partnering with a local authority that is looking to bring on board two Interim Team Managers to oversee connected persons assessments. This role is ideal for experienced managers or those seeking to step into management for the first time.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee connected persons assessments ensuring reviews are completed on time.
- Lead, support, and develop a team (in collaboration with two additional team managers, panel adviser, and service manager).
- Ensure checks and references are progressing with Independent Social Workers (ISWs).
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- A Diploma/Degree in Social Work.
- Social Work England registration.
- Experience in managing a fostering team.
- Previous experience with connected persons assessments.
