This role is on-site at the hospital and other bed-base sites within the local authority, giving you the opportunity to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead in a busy, fast-paced environment, ensuring the team supports safe and timely discharges.
- Supervise and guide social workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Attend and chair safeguarding meetings, COP, MDTs, and other professional forums.
- Collaborate with key partners, including ICB, Health, and third-sector organisations.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience of working within a similar management role
- In-depth understanding of key legislation (Care Act, Safeguarding, MCA, BIM).
- Expertise in staff supervision and partnership working
- Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England.
