Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of social workers within the LAC Team
• Oversee complex cases, ensuring the highest standards of care
• Provide professional supervision and support staff development
• Enhance team performance, boost morale, and address challenges effectively
• Facilitate and actively participate in key meetings

To be considered for the Team Manager role, ideally you will have:

• 1-3 years' experience managing a similar team in children's services
• Degree or Diploma in Social Work (or equivalent)
• Social Work England registration
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, supervise, and develop staff
• Experience overseeing complex assessments and professional supervision
