As a Team Manager in Hackney Adults Services, you will play a key role in delivering health and social care for individuals with additional needs, including out-of-borough placements. Leading a multidisciplinary team (nursing, occupational therapy, social work, psychology), you will provide professional supervision in your discipline, ensuring person-centred, strengths-based care for service users and their carers.
Responsibilities include:

- Report writing
- Providing high quality casework
- Comply with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.
- Work on cases with increased complexity
- Determine an appropriate level of intervention and service provision
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
