As Team Manager, you will:
- Oversee assessments and reviews to ensure children's safety and wellbeing.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster carers and adoption families.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver effective interventions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Membership of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- PVG scheme membership.
- Significant experience working with children, families, and carers.
- Proven management or supervisory experience in fostering and adoption settings.
