Job purpose
Works closely with Project Management, Manufacturing and Construction teams as the Technical Lead to ensure proper completion of projects as per the requirements and industry standards.

- Working closely with Project Management team supporting the delivery of the product/services in guaranteeing technical conformity to the nuclear and other industry standards

Principal accountabilities
- Provide direction and technical expertise in all pipework and steel work
- Responsible for supporting on and solving technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
- Work with team members, management and the clients to ensure proper completion of the projects as per the contract requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in revising technical drawings and correct errors
- Responsibility for Bill of Material management
- Writing of technical specifications for the project (manufacturing or procurement purpose) extracting customer's requirements from the Works Information and compiling them in a comprehensive document
- Support colleagues and assist in understanding of technical requirements and challenges.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role.

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing of steel work or pipework
- Experience in using Auto CAD
- Computer literate and experienced with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in the Nuclear industry
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
