Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with current legislation and prescribed standards.
- Lead the internal HACCP team and oversee standards through an internal auditing program.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for legal compliance, including third-party and customer audits.
- Manage supplier and product approval protocols.
- Align the management team with Food Safety and Quality objectives.
- Conduct audits to ensure FSMS compliance and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Ensure food safety training requirements are current and review training materials to meet standards.
- Address operational issues and consumer complaints effectively.
- Maintain site hygiene and pest control standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years technical quality management experience.
- HACCP/Food Safety Management systems knowledge.
- Experience implementing and managing QMS.
