• Ensuring operational excellence: You will oversee all aspects of hard services, including maintenance, repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive work.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant environment: You will be responsible for implementing and upholding high safety standards, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
• Building strong client relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded through proactive communication and clear service reporting.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience managing hard services teams within a large facilities management company.
• Strong technical expertise in building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
