Join a Busy New Build Housing Project in Skelmanthorpe!
We are looking for an experienced and skilled telehandler operator to join our team on a new build housing project in Skelmanthorpe. This is a short-term contract role with the potential for extension, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic construction project.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a telehandler on the construction site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Lifting and moving materials around the site efficiently and effectively
- Working closely with the site team to ensure smooth project progress
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Completing daily checks on the telehandler and reporting any maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS telehandler ticket
- Proven experience operating telehandlers on large construction sites
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
