This role is in residential homes for females who have experienced or who are at risk of child sexual exploitation.
We are looking for exceptional support workers who can:
... - Work a shift pattern of 2 days on and 4 days off
- Work as part of team to create a positive home environment
- Offer care and support to children by providing structure, consistency and a nurturing environment.
- Build effective relationships with children by supporting them with routine, activities, education and day to day tasks.
- Assist with Developing and implementing care plans
- Complete reports in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- QCF level 3 or above in residential childcare
- Experience supporting children who have been adversely affected by circumstances, are emotionally vulnerable with challenging behaviours.
- Experience supporting children who have experienced child sexual exploitation
- Full uk driving licence and use of a car
- Rights to work within the uk
- Fully Qualified
- Full enhanced dbs
