- Experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate skills, including VLOOKUP, filters, and data analysis) is essential, as you will be handling spreadsheet-based work regularly.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions from it.
- Knowledge of the business would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective collaboration.
- Proactive Approach: A self-starter who takes initiative, asks questions when necessary, and stays motivated without continuous oversight.
- IT Competence: Solid skills in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel), and proficiency with email and calendar systems for daily communication and scheduling.

- Flexible working environment with a mostly remote setup, allowing for a better work-life balance.
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in trade compliance and customs within a global organisation.
- Competitive PAYE rate of £15.39 per hour.
- Chance to work with a dynamic, supportive team and develop key analytical and compliance skills.
This role offers the potential for growth and extension beyond the initial 6-month contract, with opportunities to contribute to a team that plays a vital part in ensuring global trade compliance.
