Are you a safety-conscious and experienced traffic marshall looking for a challenging and rewarding long-term opportunity?
We are seeking a highly competent and reliable traffic marshall to join our team on a large commercial project in the Ryton area. This is a long-term contract role starting after the New Year.
Responsibilities:
- Safely manage traffic flow on site, ensuring pedestrian and vehicle safety.
- Implement and maintain traffic management plans.
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians within the designated areas.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and visitors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS traffic marshall qualification.
- Proven experience as a traffic marshall on large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check required due to the nature of the role.
