We are seeking experienced and dedicated Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to support Urgent Care Escalation services in Chester and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexible, adhoc shifts, allowing you to work around your schedule while providing vital care in high-demand situations.
âś… Deliver high-quality nursing care in urgent care settings.
âś… Assess, plan, and implement patient care efficiently.
âś… Administer medications and treatments as per guidelines.
âś… Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
âś… Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
âś… Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
🔹 NMC Registered Band 5 Nurse (RGN).
🔹 Experience in urgent care, A&E, or acute settings (preferred).
🔹 Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills.
🔹 Ability to adapt to different environments and teams.
🔹 Willingness to work flexible, short-notice shifts.
🔹 Up-to-date BLS/ILS training (preferred).
