Randstad is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join a growing Supply Chain team at Harwell, United Kingdom. You will be a crucial part of ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, supporting the manufacturing teams.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Inventory: Coordinate deliveries to internal customers and complete daily SAP transactions.
- Maintain Accuracy: Conduct daily cycle counts and oversee wipe-down activities for materials entering manufacturing suites.
- Ensure Quality: Efficiently manage the segregation of expired materials and maintain up-to-date inventory records in the SAP system.
- Drive Efficiency: Proficiently execute all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient support to the manufacturing teams.
- Lead Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimise warehouse operations, focusing on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the warehouse ops lead and the global supply chain team to streamline warehouse processes and contribute to the overall supply chain effectiveness.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations. BS/BA Degree preferred.
- Onsite Presence: This position requires you to be at site full-time.
- Location: Must live maximum 45 minute drive to site.
- FLT license: preferred but not essential.
What You'll Bring:
- Industry Experience: Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably Pharmaceutical or related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move products.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

Shift Pattern:
This position operates on a 2-2-3 work schedule, a slow rotation cycle of 28 days with a 12-hour shift each day. The schedule involves 4 teams who work for 2 days, then have 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work.
