• Efficient Order Picking: Utilise a hand-held device to accurately and efficiently pick products in a clean, ambient warehouse.
• Machine Maintenance: Set up and monitor machines, quickly troubleshoot any issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless shift and provide clear information during handovers.
• Organised Documentation: Maintain accurate written and electronic reports to keep operations running smoothly.
• Safe Material Handling: Safely transfer materials to and from the clean room.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic IT Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer systems and programs.
• Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Clear handwriting for report writing and a focus on accuracy.
• Basic Math & English: Fundamental understanding of math and English language.
• Experience (Beneficial): Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus, but not essential. We're happy to train motivated individuals!

• Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
• Hours: 4 on, 4 off - 7am to 7pm
• Pay: £14.48 per hour
