Randstad is seeking an experienced Criminal Justice Social Worker to join Edinburgh Women's Service on a locum basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated service supporting women involved with the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support and interventions to women in the justice system.
- Complete risk assessments and implement risk management plans.
- Work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure service users' needs are met.
- Support the reduction of reoffending through targeted intervention and supervision.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work and current registration with SSSC.
- Experience in Criminal Justice Social Work, particularly in women's services.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and intervention planning.
