Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans for planned and void maintenance works.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular meetings to track progress and align team efforts with project goals.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
- Perform site inspections to maintain high standards of work and safety.
- Manage risks throughout the project life cycle to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure adherence to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Communicate effectively with residents, housing officers, and other stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Proven experience in project management within property maintenance and capital works.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership, financial management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
