Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality lessons for Year 1 students, following the national curriculum.
• Providing a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Supporting students with their academic and social development.
• Assessing and tracking progress, while providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support the school's overall goals.

Essential Qualifications:

• QTS
• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and child development.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a positive learning environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 1.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly in different classroom settings.
