The Role:
We are seeking a talented Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the diverse needs of our pupils. As part of this close-knit school community, you will contribute to the development of the curriculum, support students' individual learning journeys, and work in partnership with parents and colleagues.
This role is available to start post Easter on a long term and full time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire Year 3 students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a holistic approach to student development.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and development sessions to continue to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements for this position:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Has experience teaching Year 3 or a similar primary age group
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a passion for creative teaching
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Is able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Is dedicated to providing a high standard of education and making a lasting impact on children's learning
- Is a team player who can work collaboratively in a supportive environment
