About the Role:
A Year 3 Teacher is needed to join the fantastic team of dedicated staff members at one of our welcoming elementary schools in Royston.
Randstad has supported this primary school for many years and is seeking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher who will be responsible for delivering outstanding lessons to pupils, using their initiative to think creatively, ensuring differentiation is set within each lesson and maintaining excellent pupil behaviour within the classroom.
This is a full time long term position, to start from January until July 2025!

Your responsibilities being a Year 3 Teacher:
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons to pupils
- Create a stimulating learning environment tailored to individual student needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community
Requirements and skills to get cleared for this fantastic role:
- A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) along with a QTS
- Relevant teaching experience with 2 professional/proven references
- An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
- Right to work in the UK - Essential(sponsorship is not available with this role)
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Being passionate about teaching and learning
