We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Year 3 Teacher who can support a Year 3 class on a full time supply basis at a Primary school in Sheffield, S20. As a Year 3 Teacher you will play a vital role teaching and supporting students moving up to Key Stage 2.
The school is located in the Sheffield, S20 area and is proud to support young learners from Foundation all the way through to Key Stage 2. The school understands the importance of providing accessible and quality learning and support for all students and therefore values ambition, sharing and respect throughout their students and staff at all times.
To be successful in the Year 3 Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management

As a Year 3 Teacher, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging lesson plans set by the class teacher.
- Meet the daily objectives and targets.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Apply a variety of teaching techniques to support all students' learning needs.
- Building rapport with your students, teachers and support staff.
- Working collaboratively with other colleagues in the school to coordinate lessons.
